Kylie Jenner Sued by Second Housekeeper Over Alleged Workplace Abuse

A second housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, alleging racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and a pattern of mistreatment that she says left her unable to sleep and consumed by anxiety. The case adds fresh legal pressure on the beauty mogul weeks after a separate housekeeper filed a similar suit.

Who Is Suing Kylie Jenner This Time?

Juana Delgado Soto, who worked as a housekeeper for Jenner beginning in 2019, has filed a lawsuit against the 28-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder, her company Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services.

The claims include racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination, and several additional allegations, according to court documents. Attorney Della Shaker is representing Soto — the same lawyer handling a nearly identical lawsuit filed in mid-April by another Jenner housekeeper, Angelica Vazquez.

What Does the Lawsuit Allege?

Soto says conditions at work deteriorated sharply in 2023 when Sibrian became her supervisor. She claims Sibrian mocked and humiliated her over her accent, immigration status, and race — and repeatedly called her stupid. Soto also alleges that meal and rest breaks were withheld throughout her years working for Jenner.

After filing a complaint with human resources in 2024, Soto says Sibrian was temporarily removed — but then reinstated. What followed, according to the lawsuit, was retaliation: her hourly wage was cut, her schedule was changed without reason, and she was assigned unreasonable workloads.

The lawsuit goes further, claiming Soto was forced to skip her own birthday surprise party to cover one of Jenner’s dinners. When her brother died, she says she was denied adequate time off to grieve, and that staff “whispered that she was lying about her brother’s death” while forcing her to pick up trash they deliberately dropped on the ground.

What Was in the Letter to Kylie Jenner?

In April 2025, Soto took matters into her own hands. She wrote a letter directly to Jenner and placed it on her massage bed just before Jenner was due for a session. In it, she described the mental toll of her working conditions and expressed hope that Jenner was unaware of what was happening.

According to the lawsuit, the letter read in part: “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”

The day after the letter was placed on the massage table, Soto claims she was threatened with termination. The lawsuit alleges she was told she was no longer allowed to look at Jenner or smile at her — and that if she saw Jenner, she would have to “disappear.”

What Happened After That?

The alleged retaliation didn’t stop there. Soto claims she was given restricted bathroom access, banned from drinking water in the home that staff referred to as “Kylie’s water,” and was assigned to clean Jenner’s doghouse.

By August 2025, Soto had reached her limit. She texted her resignation to supervisors, writing: “I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”

Has Kylie Jenner Responded?

A spokesperson for Jenner declined to comment when approached on Thursday April 30th. The representative added that Jenner had not yet seen the lawsuit at that point.

This is now the second lawsuit from a housekeeper in under two months. Angelica Vazquez filed her own suit against Jenner, Tri Star Services, and Maison Family Services in mid-April, also represented by Shaker. The back-to-back filings are likely to increase scrutiny on the working conditions inside Jenner’s household operations.
